Sudberry House Direct ships via:

1.  UPS Ground
or
2.  U.S.P.S. Priority mail

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Most UPS ground orders (within the continental U.S.) will be received within 1 - 7 business days. In the unforeseeable event that we have an out of stock item, we will notify you via e-mail.    Sudberry House will determine the best means of shipping for your order (UPS vs U.S.P.S.)

The following charges apply for standard U.S. shipping:

Express Shipping:

Sudberry House will ship via UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day at an additional charge.  Please state on your order what method you desire and we will add the appropriate additional charge.

Foreign Orders:

Please state on your order if you would like to be sent via:

1.  Air Parcel Post
or
2.  Surface Parcel Post

For surface please double amount of shipping listed.
For air please triple amount of shipping listed.

We will bill you or credit your account the difference.   Since there is no way to determine how much shipping costs would be, you will be billed any additional charges that are due.
